 Seeking Ambassadors

Alright, with how big United We Stand is getting, I need to do some staff hiring.

I'd like to promote two ambassadors, one will be our Caution ambassador and the other will be our RPG-D ambassador.

The job of the ambassador will be to check out the looking for roleplaying site ads, and invite anyone whose site requirements we meet.

When I send invites on Proboards Support (which I prefer, because it's all organized in one thread; Caution's looking for ads kid of make my head spin), I will admit I use a template. I have a standard invite template that is saved in a word document on my computer. However, I always make sure to add an extra paragraph addressing the person's requests, such as available faceclaims or canons, character requests and that kind of thing.

I find that this is the most effective method because I don't leave out important details like our plot or word count, but it's also got a special touch so that no two messages are the same, and it's not just an impersonal, cookie cutter invite. I also do not send our ad, it's just a PM with our link in it.

Ideally, our ambassadors would have something along the same lines. I do have a template for both Caution and the RPG-D, I just don't have the time to go through either site's looking for ads anymore.

To apply:
UWS Alias: your out of character nickname here
Site: caution, the rpg-d or another resource forum
Screenname: what your username is on the above site

Just post to apply and we'll take it from there!
