What say you to Harry and Tom having a relationship reminiscent of James and Severus - except Tom has friends and is far more competent than Severus was at his age. They definitely need something to do with their being the Kings of their houses, preferably something involving violence. Maybe Tom has a group that mirrors Harry's (perhaps consisting of Draco/Blaise/Pansy or Regulus's son/Theodore Nott/Bellatrix's daughter) and they regularly duel it out or something.
Any ideas you like?

having kip around could either be very good or very bad, depending on how things would play out. i'd assume they all would've grown up together. kip can be very social, but he's kind of oblivious and forgetful. he would definitely be the type to cheer harry on at games. harry's arrogance wouldn't really bother kip - he's a little too optimistic to really let it bug him. even though he might be that friend that you don't tell everything to (he has a tendency to spill secrets), he suffers from nightmares on a regular basis, which potentially could help them relate to each other. or he could just be that annoying kid your parents make you hang out with. it really could go either way. feel free to add/subtract!

Well Susan has had a small crush on Harry since her third year, however she a bit afraid to act on it. I can totally see her trying to tell him repetitively and failing ever time. Thoughts?

I think maybe even though Ginny's not starstruck by Harry, she still crushes on him so we could have some fun with that! Where do you reckon Harry is in regards to Ginny? Either way, I think they'd really get along well plus they're both on the quidditch team! Practice partners?

I think that sounds fine. He might find it a bit awkward because he might feel the same way about her at all. But he would still be a bit friendly towards her.
Harry & Ginny
I could see them being friends and probably good friends. Since they are on the team together, practice would not be a crazy thought and he would probably think she is cute and might even have his own crush on her.

Being different years and houses, I don't think they'd get much interaction normally. However, seeing as Harry is currently Tom's adversary, Yoon-Suk might have some seer like advice she'd feel obligated to tell Harry. So, she might start by putting strange letters in his box and eventually working up the nerve to warn him in person?
Or, if you'd like to meet her sooner. Yoon-Suk is a muggleborn, and she's a complete stranger in Hogwarts. It's very possible she'll be a victim of bullying from the Slytherins and several other students from other houses. Maybe Harry could help her there and then the note stuff can happen after he already knows her?

Well, Draco is still a Prat, is one of Tom's besties and yeah... He still hates Harry's guts. No need to ask about that.
Sadly, someone already took Seeker position on Slytherin House Team, so there will be no fun Draco vs Harry play-by-plays there.

Alician and Harry grew up together, they were friends as kids... not to sure how they're doing now that Al got dumped in Slytherin and took up with Tom and crew... I'd say that there relation is awkward at best...

Harry's unofficial little brother! Ursus loves Harry to death! Being in Ravenclaw, and three years younger, they don't see each other much, but when they do, I would imagine they get on well enough.
Ray and Harry
Slytherin boy= Enemy, he teases, he pokes, he pranks. But its more like facing down a blonde haired version of a Weasley twin then an actual evil Slytherin.
So long as Tom or Horatio isn't around. Ray can actually be rather pleasant.
So Frienemies leaning toward the latter...
