Basically he's a fifth year Slytherin who ,like most people in that very same house, hates muggle/muggle-born.
He's loyal, determined, ambitious, independent, haughty, can acknowledge people stronger than him in any aspect

FRIENDSHIP=============
It's hard for anyone to be his friends due to his personality. If you are either a girl or a half-blood, then it would be harder than others to get on his goodside. You are muggle-born? Then just forget it.
One way to become his friend is to really have the same ideal as him, purify the wizard world, muggles must be destroyed if needed. Another way is to impress him to the point that he admits you are better than him, only then he will respect you, then it would be easier for you to get along with him. But so far only Tom Riddle could do that.
(I'm not saying he's super strong or anything, but it's hard to impress him)

One of the way to become his enemy is to annoy/bother him. He's the type of person who would rather be left alone until he wants company.
Another way is to oppose his ideal or stand in Tom Riddle's way.

The fastest way to become his enemy is to insult/make fun of/ mess with/ harm his younger brother, Matthew Kyotoma Padmore (A friend of mine is currently working on the boy's App).
