This is interesting with the events of canon, as Lucius set Ginny up, and the enmity between their families. It would be interesting as a bigger plot involving both families... there could be a big confrontation.

AITANA & LUCIUS

I can't see how they would meet but Ana could be useful to Lucius as she has ministerial ambitions, but all she really wants to do is play Quidditch. He could get her on a Quidditch team and as thanks she could be his mole in whichever department she goes into.

EVANDER & LUCIUS

So Ev's a half-blood being brought up now by his fanatically pure-blooded parents so the Malfoys and the Knights could meet during some dinner event or something... I can see his grandparents asking Lucius to make Draco have a good impression on Ev!

BARNABAS & LUCIUS

This is like a perfect friendship as Barny is also an adult, a pure-blooded ex-Slytherin and the Editor of the Daily Prophet. I imagine they could be very useful to one another in a donations-influence-social circles kind of way.

That's true, especially considering that (much to her shame) Ana is actually a half-blood. Maybe they stumble upon one another by accident... he might be in St. Mungo's after getting a new wing opened in his name or something ridiculous like that and she could be the first patient... maybe with a Quidditch injury? It's a bit out there, I know but there we go...

Well the player of Draco and I have talked about an arranged marriage between Draco and Lavinia. Maybe future daughter-in-law and future father-in-law can have a thread together. I have no idea how Lucius would react to Lavinia. Maybe he will definitely like her a lot because of her family lineage.

Let's see here. Pureblood elitist... muggle studies professor... they will probably hate each other's guts. I could see Lucius always trying to find an excuse to have Ashton fired from his job purely because he would hate the subject that Ash loves to teach.

CAIUS & LUCIUS
They would probably not like each other very much, especially because Lucius would hate Caius' mostly muggle heritage, but I don't see it being an intense mutual hatred. Just a strong dislike.

TANIS & LUCIUS
Heiress of Slytherin. Tanis would probably be on Lucius' good side for the most part. The only thing that I could see getting on his nerves would be her temper. She'd probably know him through Draco.

SEBASTIAN & LUCIUS
A boy from a very respectable pureblood family and a pureblood elitist who is interested in working with the Ministry. Bassie would definitely be on Lucius' good side.

Hey there cousin! Well, Lorelei is technically Lucius's first cousin, once removed, but still, close enough to just call cousin! Although I'll bet Lucy is a favourite of Lor's grandmother and guardian, Nashira, I can't fathom Lor showing him anything but disrespect. Lucy probably wouldn't like the halfblooded little brat anyway, and I could see him treating her in much the same way he would treat a Weasley brat, unless of course auntie Nashira was within earshot, in which case both would probably be on their best better somewhat civil behaviour.

haha I just had this funny image in my head. Lucius glancing disgustedly at Lor and attempted to push her away with his walking stick when Nashira wasn't looking. This is an interesting relationship. I'd love to have a thread with Lorelei and develop this more!

You know, we can always put Nashira into one of the Ministry's invited guest and have her bring her grandchildren with her. That's one idea.

They say great minds think alike. I sent a PM to Ally yesterday about Nashira bringing the Knight kids to the Ministry Gala thing. I just haven't got around to posting Lorelei's reservation yet. They can just wait until Nashira's got her back turned and then stick their tongues out at one another. Well, they could if Lucy wasn't too dignified. I definitely think that these two might have some verbal sparring matches where they try to constantly one-up another, and then resort to petty insults and maybe even open threats once Nashira walks away. I could see Lucy "accidentally" hitting/tripping/jabbing Lorelei with his walking stick when Nashira is not in the room.

Can Lor call him Lucy? Or cousin Lucy? She'd only do it to annoy him, I promise.

Yes. That's what I was thinking. This will be a good practice for me too, because normally I'm not good at verbal fights XDDDD And the tripping sounds like what he would do. He does have a childish side, but it's usually covered by his cold mask. (Blame Abraxas Lucy had no childhood.)
