Snape moved with easy threw the dungeons, with little sound if any most the time since he knew the area well, he had no use for any extra light when it was needed any way for he learned will that doing so did not allow him to get the so called jump on students that where up to no good when he found them.
His black Victorian style out fit & robes, only added to keeping him hidden at least when it was dark out or in a place that it was dark, however in the day time & such he might not of been hidden, however it added to his demeanor of imposing like a crashing cold wave of stay out of my path or else. He knew he was not liked well by many students, that did not stop him form doing his job or taking the actions as he saw fit.
He was here in the dungeons making rounds, something that all the staff took part in & this was merely his time to do so, he found that he enjoyed working here at Hogwarts even if students at times got on his nerves, his bad side & his last nerve at times, but also working here he could insure students knew how defend themselves against dangers that could come & as for his daughter he could also insure that she had the skills to make a potion mistress if she wished it.

The stone bare dungeons were cold. Very cold. Even with the thick witch's robes that the young brunette was wearing, Lavinia was still getting a cold draft as she made her way up to her father's office in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, leaving the Slytherin commonroom behind her.
Lavinia was none other than the daughter of Severus Snape, the potions professor at Hogwarts. The two of them only found out the truth of Lavinia's parentage the summer after her first year at Hogwarts. Contessa, Nia's mother, had kept it a secret from both of them ever since she found out she was pregnant with Lavinia and Severus had already left her. Lavinia was not very happy that her mother lied to her about who her biological father was, but she was more relieved to find out that Nicholas Fallon, her mother's husband, was not her real father.
Her shoes clicked on the stone floor of the dungeons just as she walked right into her father. "Father! I was just coming to see you," Lavinia smiled, giving Severus a big hug.

(Just a heads up I am the D.A.D.A. Professor, at least to what I understand & it is also under my name, but if I helped in the class or that is fine)
Snape could not help the smirk that played on his lips, when hearing the click of the shoes on the stone floor how ever after seeing who it was, it changed into more a smile though not so full like others would do, but she was the only one that could get him to smile, at least in such a way.

"Lavinia, I see & what other then the want to talk drew you to seek me out" He felt her hug & light returned it, as he waited for her answer.
