After the Scarlet Witch warped reality, creating a new Sigmaverse, things quickly hit the fan when new terrorist, Tempus, launched an attack on New York and San Francisco. With a single mind trick she caused Captain America, Spider-Man, Iceman, and Flux, to commit manslaughter. The aftermath has lead to a conflicted public, demands for a Super Human Registration and Proposition X, a failed legacy virus prototype, and an increased anxiety over the future. With their co-leader facing trial, Stark's preoccupation with lawsuits, the Avengers encounter the Skrulls for the first time, battled them, and won. But is it over? Max Eisenhardt, Headmaster of the Xavier School, employs the X-men initiative to aid in apprehending Tempus and to show the public that mutants aren't all bad. However, in light of this decision, he has closed the school. Charles Xavier is missing. Accompanying a secret team he'd put together, they snuck into Genosha only to be captured. Xavier is exposed to a work-in-progress virus that the Friends of Humanity were working on. But where Xavier fails, a new and powerful force succeeds. Things are only going to get better or worst for those in the Sigmaverse. Come and leave your mark!
