Snape moved with ease over the grounds of Hogwarts, it was later in the evening he enjoyed walking around the grounds, how ever it had it times times when studeents did things that mad it harder on him to ether keep them safe or to find them. He was dressed in his black school robes of a victorian style his robe lightly dragged the ground behind him as he moved, when there was any wind it would fan out more at times just chaning with the wind. HIs wand was on him in a pocket ease to get to if need be, but right now it did not look like it would be need, he only saw a few students most keep away form him not that he cared really. He would turn in later on, once it was times for him to do his rounds.

"My My if it isn't the great wizard Severus Snape," came a taunting voice from behind the Hogwarts Professor.
Earlier that evening, Madame Lestrange had a meeting scheduled with the Headmaster regarding her perfect pure blooded children. The family had plans to leave for a vacation mid-June, however, that would have overlapped the children's examination periods. Bella had hoped she would bargain for them to take the exams earlier but needless to say, her request was not well met. She had been on her way out of the castle when Bellatrix spotted Severus's familiar form wander the grounds. Unable to resist, and probably because she needed a release outlet for her outrage at the Headmaster, Bella approached the man.

Snape heard Bellatrix words, he had felt her of course it was just it was not something he had to worry about he stopped in what he was doing to look at her, as he turned his robes fanned out a bit before they settled. Smiling lightly to her as he watched he carefully for he knew he could not fully trust her he spoke "Mrs. Lestrange, I see they let you out of your cage. However, even with there mistake what can I do for you" He knew her children went to the school, how ever he did not go against her children just because she was there mother, but that did not mean that he had to fall over in fear with Bellatrix like others did, he knew he could match her & beat her in a fight, but he had to be mindful in some areas to insure that being a Professor he did not fully cross some lines.
Of course in the end it would matter little on what he did, since if Bellatrix wanted to she would make his life hard at the school, they both knew she could do it, for she had done it before & it was clear that other than him not being a pure blood something few knew, but he was sure that it upset her on another nerve that he was better in spells & more than most people & many being pure bloods, he of course always worked on being good at such things as dueling & that, but that did not mean he would not find out that could match him or bet him in time.

It was common knowledge that the two Slytherin Alumni loathed one another, however, Bellatrix thought that she had the decency to show her dislike in a more graceful manner. In fact his rude greeting only served to strengthen this belief. With a curled lip and a raised eye brow, she fixed her gaze on the scruffy man before her. Bella's posture was impeccable and it conveyed a sense of strength and power. Women may be under appreciated but Bellatrix Lestrange was not just any woman. She was beautiful, smart, rich and most importantly a pure blood - the sooner the world learns who truly is in power, the smoother things would run. Breaking eye contact with Severus, she dusted off the sleeves of her expensive gown before subtly rolling them up to her elbows. Bellatrix folded her arms across the front of her dress, ready to draw out her wand if necessary... although she doubted that Snape would dare duel her on school grounds. Probably because he knows I would win and if anyone witnessed his defeat the sniveling coward would lose the tiny shred of respect the students might have for him, she thought wickedly.
Brushing her gloved fingertips to her chest and looking at him with mock offence she replied, "Cannot an old friend simply approach you to say hello?"

In Snapes mind he was being in a good manner, he smirked at her actions she was so easy to set off, not that he could press things more, as he would like to, but for now he would have to wait for he could do nothing else with out things being questioned. "I see, a bit touch are we?" He did not miss her last words "And old friend would be welcome, however I did not think you classed use in such a group" Snape watched her closely "So what do you want to speak about old friend?" If she wanted to class them as friends for the time even if it was in the moment he would fallow her ways with this friend movment even if it was a lie. With that he waited to see what she would say or do next, for he was sure that she would since she was not the time to not act or say somthing & more so to one such as himself.
