Tipsters tell me that two upper year Gryffindor girls were heard arguing in the library. Sources have identified one of these girls as none other than the well-reputed Katherine Black. The identity of the other girl remains a mystery, although some claims have been made that the mystery girl is either Kimmi Lane or someone by the name of Laura Knight. One can only speculate as to what the argument was about, although my best guess is that there is most certainly a boy involved! What will Kat's ever-present companions, Harry Potter and Johnathan Lupin, say about this Kat-fight?
It seems that Hufflepuff Quidditch team captain, Ricky Bobbin has found himself in the hospital wing, and whispers say he won't be playing in their next match. While he takes his time to recover, Bambi Prewett has been temporarily promoted to the position. But who knows if she has what it takes to lead her house to victory, or will she shame them all with a rough loss? Or if she succeeds, how will Bobbin take a victory without him heading the team?
It seems that without her boys, Kat Black has a rough time of it. Not only was she rowing in the library, but only days later, she wound up in the hospital wing. Nobody could verify why, but soon after Aislinn Fitzpatrick was spotted heading into the hospital wing in a state of hysterics. Even though she wouldn't say a word about it, her classmates weren't shy in sharing why. Hey Aislinn – Doxy got your tongue?
This year at Hogwarts is looking like it's going to be a great year. The Triwizard Tournament is scheduled to take place this year, and recently we saw the arrival of the delegates from Hogwarts' sister schools. One stray Durmstrang student found her way to the Gryffindor table. On display for all of Hogwarts to see, the girl made her way straight to Hermione Granger. One couldn't help notice the relief on many of the Durmstrang's faces when they realized that they'd lost someone. Hermione, if you're reading this, you should take heed and be wary with your new girlfriend.
